My Goals



1. To eat 75 - 100 grams of protein a day!
2.  Exercise 300 minutes a week minimum!
3.  Drink 100+ ounces of water a day!
4. Increase my vegetables by two servings a day!
5. Blog my journal every day!
6. Log my food and exercise!
7.  Increase my running by 2 minutes every three weeks!
8.  Be below 200 by April 1st, 2012!
9.  Be 170 by November 9, 2012 my 5th bandiversary!
10. To limit treats and sugar to rarely til I am at goal.


These goals will be accomplished by me this year!
